Business Trip Becomes Culinary Festival
Thursday, February 14th, 2008I travelled this week to Karlsruhe, Germany. After two days of meetings we realized we were a hop skip and a jump from my ancestral homelands in Alsace. A quick rental car visit and we were on our way to Soultz-les-Bains in Alsace. Of course the problem with Soultz is that it is so small that is not actually on the huge Michelin map. So we stopped at the next village over, Molsheim, to enjoy dinner at Au Cerf. Choucroute Garnie - makes my DNA hum.
